Submitting a form does not create a repair contract. Estimates are complimentary and no-obligation. Any work is subject to inspection, written agreement, and confirmation. Typical repair costs and timelines discussed on the site are ranges, not quotes for your property.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Client consent. By affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Austin Foundation Repair Experts about estimates, appointments, reminders, and service updates. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a phone number does not by itself constitute SMS consent.
Frequency. Message frequency varies and will be kept to a reasonable minimum.
